·         WL Standard 2 – Interpretive Communication: Reading. Try Lingro supports reading in the second language by helping to translate words on webpages, in online newspapers, etc. http://lingro.com/ From the Lingro page, add a link to the page you want students to read. Students can click on words they have trouble with. Give students authentic reading samples in the target language and use lingro for that little bit of necessary help to permit them to work independently. Set the languages you want Lingro to translate from and into. Works with: Chinese, English, French, German, Spanish, etc. Try it out:
·         WL Standard 3 - for Presentational Communication: Speaking– With Pixiclip students can create a ‘video’ on a whiteboard using visuals and their own handwriting.
